Reviews and Ratings
I visited this hotel again during our family trip to the Kakegawa Kachoen, but it felt a bit worn out compared to our last stay. The large windows in the room were a nice touch, yet I had some concerns with the overall maintenance of the place. The service was polite and helpful, but the buffet dining experience was not as good as I remembered. I hope they improve the facilities, especially since it has so much potential.
This hotel has seen better days. Although the location is still good, the facilities have become quite tired, and the dining experience has declined. The staff is nice, but the overall experience felt like it could use some improvement. It’s a shame because this place has great potential, yet cost-cutting measures seem to be affecting the quality.
I've stayed here a few times, mainly because we love visiting Kakegawa Kachoen, which is a delight. Unfortunately, this time the hotel felt a bit worn out compared to previous visits. The pool was closed, and activities were limited and wrapped up early, which was disappointing. The quality of the buffet has also dropped, though the staff remain lovely and welcoming. The big windows in the room were nice, but do be cautious about privacy at night.
We've been to this hotel a few times before because we enjoy the nearby Kakegawa Kachoen, which is wonderful. Unfortunately, this time felt different; the hotel seems more worn out, possibly due to the pandemic's impact. There were a lot of families, but many facilities were closed or limited, making it less enjoyable. On the plus side, the windows in our room were huge and offered a nice view, and the staff was very nice. I really hope they can improve, as this place has so much potential.
I’ve stayed here before and was looking forward to it again, especially since we enjoy visiting Kakegawa Kachoen. Unfortunately, this time it felt a bit run-down compared to our last visit. While the large windows in the room are a nice touch, it seems the hotel's overall charm has faded, likely due to recent limitations. The dining experience was less satisfying, and several facilities were closed, making it a less enjoyable stay overall.
